It takes an impeccable reputation to keep a band performing together for two decades and The Dave Elgart Band continues to rely on its past clients as well as some of the top caterers in New Jersey to carry it into its 22nd year. This group with an instrumentation comprised of keyboard, guitar, drums, bass, sax, flute, clarinet, trumpet, trombone, violin, electric fiddle, and both male and female vocalists, is able to perform classical, jazz, swing, classic rock, Motown, disco, Top 40, country, ethnic, and every style of ballroom dance music. For smaller receptions or intimate cocktail parties, Dave Elgart offers trios or quartets consisting of piano, flute/sax, violin/guitar and optional vocalist, which concentrate on classical selections, show tunes and light jazz.
