Celia Canty is a professional harpist providing “heavenly” harp music on the island of Maui. She has been playing harp for weddings & special events since 1990 and is the only symphonic harpist on Maui.

Celia and plays her large, gold, symphonic harp for events and because of the larger size of the symphonic harp, it is able to project its beautiful full sound to a greater number of people at increased distance. This kind of harp allows greater flexibility for playing a wider variety of repertoire.

For uses where the size of the symphonic harp is not needed, Celia also owns a mid-sized natural-finish wood harp, similar to the symphonic harp in appearance, but smaller. It is a wonderful size for taking to and playing in more intimate settings where the full volume of the larger harp is not required.
